Many historians claim that the period 1815 to 1820 was the closest England ever came to a working class revolution. The Rising at Pentrich in Derbyshire sits amongst these turbulent days. This course looks at the background and period immediately prior to the rising through to the actual march itself and the aftermath, including the trial.
